Purpose:
To provide a safe and fun environment for students to be ENCOURAGED by fellowship, EDIFIED by Biblical teachings, and CHALLENGED by application. Our deepest desire is to see each young adult grow into a man or woman of maturity, making their convictions self owned and scripturally founded.Weekly Meetings:

Higher Ground Youth Group For:
Middle School and High School

Wednesday nights at 7:15 and Sunday mornings at 10:30
Come have a great time hanging out and learning about how Christ's life is relevant to our lives today. In addition to the weekly meeting, the Higher Ground often gets together for social events or fund raisers. Stop by to check us out!
This past summer we spent a week at Ponderosa Pines (http://www.pondo.org/), where every year we go for our summer camp experience. God did such awesome things and we're looking towards next summer with great excitement!
College and Young Professional Group For:
Graduates and Early-Mid Twenties

Tuesday nights at 7:00
Each week we will dig deeply into a passage of Scripture, openly discussing what the passage reveals about the character of God and the usefulness for our daily lives.

Upcoming Events:
We are now finished with another great camp experience. The theme was Shine with Astronomical Influence and we heard special talks (including a couple talks from Louie Giglio) that helped us understand how BIG God's power and love are. Some youth committed their lives to Christ, others rededicated or worked through specific issues --- but ALL the youth and counselors had a great time!
The youth band is shaping up. Contact Brent if you would like to participate. Any instrument and talent level may be included, just be ready to have some fun.
